ACME Hot & Fresh T-Shirts — Return Policy

We want you to love your shirt! Because each item is custom printed just for you, we’re not able to accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or design preferences once printing has begun.

However, if there’s a problem with your order — such as a misprint, wrong item, or defect — please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll be happy to review the issue and make it right.

To request a return or replacement:

  1. Email us at website@freshacme.com or stop by the shop with your order number and a photo or the item in question.

  2. We’ll confirm whether a replacement, reprint, or refund is appropriate.

Important notes:

  • All custom and personalized items are final sale once approved for print.

  • Garments brought in by customers are printed at your own risk; we cannot guarantee print results on outside materials.

  • Returned items must be unwashed and unworn.

  • Refunds are processed to the original form of payment once approved.
