Pick a door on the Custom page: start a quote for a group or a deadline, or open the studio to see it on the shirt first. Tell us the shirt, color, count, artwork or idea, where it prints and when you need it. The site estimates, the invoice confirms. Email works too, lawrence@freshacme.com. No phone orders, since you'll need to approve a mockup before we print.

Yep. No minimums, no maximums. One tee or one thousand. Build one now, or get a quote for a bigger run.

In store, with print-ready art and the shirt in stock, about 45 minutes. Busy days take longer, first come first served, but one or two tees almost always go home the same day. If we have to order the shirt, next business day at the earliest, and on a Friday plan for the following week. Twelve or more take about 10 business days after payment and mockup approval, and that patience is what gets you our best price. In a hurry? We can usually move you up the line, sometimes to same day, but a rush run pays full price. Artwork prep can add up to 48 hours. Holidays run longer. Put your date in a quote and we'll confirm it.

Shirt plus print, quoted per garment. Print-ready art, your own text or images, usually has no design fee. Design help is priced below. Extra print locations and oversized prints add to it: on single shirts, $5.95 for a small added print and $9.95 for a large one. Discounts start at three shirts with two days' notice. The best prices are 12 and up with 10 business days. Faster is usually possible, at full price. Prices by garment, or see the ladder in a quote.

A high-quality PNG or a vector file. Upload it in the studio to see it on the shirt, or email it to lawrence@freshacme.com with your name, at actual size. Attachment limits vary by provider, 10 to 50 MB, so if it won't send, pick high quality, not small or medium. Then tell us which side and roughly how big. Our usual print area is 13 x 19.5 inches, and bigger is possible as an oversized print. A reference photo helps, and if you want a left chest logo and a bigger back print, include both. We confirm the layout on your mockup.

Yes. Email us the idea and we'll tell you what it'll cost to pull together. Most ideas run $9.95. Graphic design is by the hour, from $24.95. Anything you can send helps, even a photo for inspiration. It usually saves us all a little time and you a little money. Start with just an idea, or try your words on a shirt for free.

Yes. After payment we send a mockup to check wording, size and placement. Nothing prints until you approve it. Screens and ink don't always agree on color.

Yes. Hoodies, sweatshirts, tanks, polos, hats, totes, pillowcases, bandanas, dog hoodies, underwear, aprons, flags, onesies. Polyester, rayon, silk, leather and ceramic all print. Flat and smooth is best, very stretchy gets tricky, and unknown fabric content is the one thing we check first. Start a quote with a photo, email one, or bring it in.

You can. Check with us before you buy it so we can confirm the print will work. Two honest notes: we can't guarantee results on a garment we didn't supply, so the worst case is a sincere apology, not a replacement, and bringing your own rarely saves money, since the print is most of the price. No customer-provided hats right now. See your own garment in the studio, from $19.95 a print.

Yes, on our shirts or yours. Email the roster to lawrence@freshacme.com with exact spelling, numbers and sizes.

Not in house. We print direct to film and direct to garment on Mass St. Embroidery and screen printing go through our sister stores, so ask and we'll get it done.

We text or email when it's ready for pickup at 847 Massachusetts Street. Need it shipped? Choose shipping in the form and add your address. Orders over $50 ship free, and under that, shipping lands on your invoice. Tax exempt? Send your certificate with your request so we can confirm it before invoicing.

Not much, though we reserve the right to say no. Your silly idea, your inside joke, even the photo you'd only show close friends, we'll happily put on a shirt. The hard no list is short: hate speech, and any pro sports team, university, fraternity or sorority we don't hold a license for. Licensed KU gear is in the shop. Licensing questions, call or email.
