1. Our texting program. ACME GLOBAL INDUSTRIES INC, doing business as ACME hot and fresh t-shirts (ACME Lawrence), at 847 Massachusetts St, Lawrence, KS 66044, uses text messages for order updates, pickup reminders, photo-upload confirmations when requested, and customer service conversations. This program does not send promotional or marketing texts.

2. Your choice to receive texts. Provide your mobile number and expressly agree to receive the relevant texts when discussing your order in store or by phone, or through an optional SMS consent checkbox where offered on an ACME form. Providing a phone number alone does not enroll you. Agreeing to texts is optional and is not required to make a purchase. Permission for photo-upload confirmations alone does not enroll you in broader order messaging.

3. Frequency. The number of messages varies with your order, uploads, and conversation with our team.

4. Charges. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan.

5. Unsubscribe. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. You may receive one message confirming the opt-out; further program messages will stop. Reply START to resume the texting scope you previously agreed to.

7. Delivery. Delivery depends on your carrier and network availability. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We use service providers to operate and deliver this texting program, and they may process the information needed for that service. SMS opt-in information is not shared for unrelated purposes.
